jdm distributor cap and rotor (SEARCHED)

i want to replace my cap and rotor but dont know what part to order.
i have a jdm h22 distibutor. ive heard that the accords will work.
anybody have some honda part numbers?

Its like a 91 Accord EX cap and just a 94 VTEC rotor.

so 91 accords are internal coil also?
