What kind of head unit would be the best bang for the buck. I'm talking about 500 bucks and under... Thanx for the advice.

 

what exactly do you need out of the headunit? MP3? motorized face? etc? When you're spending 5 bills on a deck, no such thing as a bang for the buck. You'll definitely get much more than bang for the buck. lol

 

i would get a pioneer deck

I've been really happy with my Alpine 9815, and Eclipse makes nice radios as well

i have a deh-p840mp. best cd player ive ever used. it jus went out (after 2 years, known problem with this model) but im having it fixed for 60 bucks with a 1 year warrenty. so ah well who cares. but they have a newer one out, 850, its basically the same thing. its the best cd player ever. 560 tho...i think they actually be 500 even now tho...check em out. go to a stereo shop and play around with all the cd players and see which you like best. thats the way to do it.
