97 ITR Salvaged (Engine, Interior)
You might have seen it being sold as a shell a little while ago by d1deez. Anyhow hes restored it.
B18CR- 45k miles I think
jdm climate control, guage cluster.
Everything else is stock. Hes asking for 11.8k, what do you guys think?

Also to get the BAR sticker for it, I have to replace the ECU and header (It has the 4-2-1 header) right? Does this need to be done before registration? He said he'd make it smog legal if I bought.

 

You can't bar it unless you have all the USDM type r smog components. Such as intake manifold, throttle body, 2nd 02 sensor, usdm ecu, and many others.

I would pass on it.

 

He said he'd replace intake manifold, EVAP sensor, VTEC Oil Pressure, Crank Angle Sensor, and ECU. It already has USDM header. I'll have to ask about the throttle body and 2nd o2sensor. But since its a usdm exhaust it should already be there right? What else needs to be replaced?

 

You guys think its worth it to keep the JDM ECU too?
