ITR lip little lower in height?

I have the 98+ front bumper... If i added an ITR lip on the front bumper.. will the bumper be lower? or will it be the same height?? its a dumb question i know.... but hey i'm a dumb guy KeKe ~!!!

Hey dumb guy, yes your front end will have a lower ground clearance...

It will only really sit like an inch lower but it feels like it it 1/8 inch off the ground goin into driveways and ****.
