I wanna put a little patriotism on my car, but huge decals aren't my thing...i was thinking a perfect way to do it would be race-style, with a small flag and my last name next to it. Anyone have a good idea where to get a flag this small? Thanks in advance!

Pretty infuriating, i went to the mall today to do some shopping, figuring i'd be virtually attacked by flags for sale, but couldn't find anything like what i wanted. It was insane. Just need to keep my eyes peeled i guess

Aww it doesnt suck THAT bad. Sure the roads suck, they are under construction 90% of the time, and the city has more detours than all of the midwest US.

But its a good city!!!!

Just a lil OT rant but have any of you seen those order your American flags for your car commercials on TV... talk about audacity it's like the only company I’ve seen trying to make a buck of Sept. 11th w/out donating ANY money anywhere... gotta love capitalism.

 

In VA, they are giving them away at Exxon/Mobil gas stations. Static cling too.

 

i like pittsburgh, just messing around. I thought the roads sucked before i got my car lowered, now i'm afraid my car is going to come apart.

We should have a pittsburgh meet sometime, seems like there's a fair amount of people from pittsburgh on this board

The long and short of it is...I'll never drive a modified car in Pittsburgh again. No lowering, no 40 series tires, nothing. I come from Seattle where the roads are nice and flat, and for the year and a half that I've had my car in Pittsburgh it was been ripped apart.

I saw a commercial for a set of stickers, flags and other goodies to show your patriotism on your car the other night. They were being marketed by those Telebrand ******. ******, because there was no mention of donating any of the proceeds to WTC victims. Only in America do people try and make money off other people's misfortunes.

I like what winglessR did with the red/white/blue vinyl strips. Kinda like on a LT-4 Grand Sport Corvette, except with red/white/blue instead of just red. I went to Target and bought some colored vinyl tape for like $4 and I'm going to do my front driver side fender like that.
