00 Turbo Si - OHIO
I am the second owner this 2000 si. This car was a 2 ½ year project. It pains me to let this car go, but I must as moving and will no longer have the space for it. The car is the ultimate sleeper. It ran 12.9 @ 109 and 13.0 @ 113 in the quarter mile on only 15 lbs of boost. The motor is capable of 30 + psi and the fuel and engine management are there to match.
The car is complete unlike most other turbo Hondas with A/C and Power Steering. I drove the car daily and have never had a problem with cold start or hot restart, which can be a problem with many stand alone ecus. It is the perfect car for anyone wanting to go to the track and race, or just drive around town and enjoy a quick car. It was never beaten and was adult driven. Oil has been meticulously maintained and been changed 4 times alone since the turbo setup/motor has been installed.
This car is the perfect car for someone wanting a turbo Honda without the know-how to built it. It drives like stock and is just as reliable. There is nothing I left out on this car. I bought everything new from Honda and made sure it was done right. Over 15 pages of measurements were taken on the short block alone (all of which will be available at the time of purchase.) Every item on this car was purchased with reliability in mind. That is why I even bought the head new from Honda. Other then the crank and bear block every item on the motor is new. Even the sleeve were removed and replaced, right down to the timing belt tensionor, and fuel filter. No expense was spared.
Short Block:
B16a1 –
Darton sleeves
Fully balanced
fully blue printed
Eagle H-beam rods
JE 9:1 81 mm pistons
Moroso pan and pickup
shimmed ITR Oil pump
ARP Head studs
full rebuild (water pump, bearings etc.)
The only items on the block that have more then 3,000 miles on them are the crank and block itself. With the sleeves being replaced the block is all but new.

Brand new ITR head from Honda purchased in 2001.
Crower springs
Crower retainers
Ferrea valves

golden eagle intake manifold (same as STR with a different emblem.)
