What is the size of an 98 ls wheel, i know it 14 but it 14 x ?. I got a set of 195 60 14 tires, should fit fine right?

 

I thought 98 LS's had 15". i.e. LS Mesh

I have 14"s on my 97 LS .
any way... 195/60/14 is the correct size.

 

no dude, 97 GSR/98 LS wheels are 15in

 

I'd make sure you have 14" wheels. I'm thinking you don't.

 

94-97 have steelies which are 14 inch, in 98 ls got alloy which is still 14 inch, but in 99-01 it 15 inch alloy. 98 14 inch and 99-01 wheel are similar, it just that 98 is 14 inch, this im sure.

If your sure that there 14's those tires should work just fine I would think

 

I thought that the 97 gsr wheels were the 00/01 LS wheels...but that the 94-99s still had 14s

 

Im not sure if the gsr had the mesh but some had a different 6 spoke wheel for the 97's, but all gsr's come with 15's. The 94-97 LS's came with 14inch steelies with hubcaps, but in 1998 plus I think the LS Mesh's were a factory option.

All of the alloy factory rims are 15's but im pretty sure that there are 14 inch steelies.

See my post above. 14" alloys were available in '98.

There also these. Don't know what yr and model they came in though.
