Default Newbie here could someone please help

Okay i just sold my VW and bought a 93 Accord. I need to know what gen is this and also if anyone could help with what engine this comes with stock?? All help is appreciated.

it's a 4th gen and if it's EX trim then it's a f22a6 140 hp

91-93 USA F22A6 2156 8.8:1 140 hp@5600 EX
142 lb-ft@4500

and its a 4th gen

while we are on the subject...What is the differance between f22a1 and f22a6. Why does the a6 have 15 more horsey!

so the f22a6 is the VTEC head. What motor is in the 4th gen EX because I know that the lx/dx has the f22a1 accord (vtec did not start until the 5 gen)

no vtec in the 4th gen. different exhaust manifold, dual runner intake manifold, maybe a slightly more aggressive cam (unconfirmed), ecu.

actually there's a difference between the 90-91 and 92-93 ex engines

the 90-91's came with an f22a4 which had 130hp

the 92-93 ex's shared the same 140hp f22a6's that the 91+ se's had

just to clarify things a bit

mmmm so my 90 ex is f22a4 130hp right???
i am putting a 92dx engine that won't be any difference on my car performanc right????
