Strut/Sway bars...etc?????
I'm confused which one goes where.
Whats those bars called that go above the shocks/engine?
What are those called that go below the car? I've seen DC and neuspeed letters on 'em..if that helps.
What are those that go in the trunk?
And finally, any recommendations on what setup to go for a very good handling car? Do I really need bars that go in the trunk? Will there be a huge difference?
Should I install shocks/springs first?

all bars over the shocks are strut bars. the smaller one on the bottom is a lower tie bar. the sway bar on a stock integra is the bar right aboue the tie bar. if u have a non Type R, its that skinny bar paralell(sp?) to the sub frame. Type R's have a much beefeir one.
and yes thay make a huge difference in handleing

get a front strut bar, and rear strut bar and thicker rear sway bar, adjustable shocks and adjustable springs...best combo.....
companies i recommend, ITR sway or Suspension Technique or Comptech...
springs : H&R, eibach and APEX
shocks: Bilsteins, Koni Yellow, Tokico Illuminas, KYB AGX

I was planning on Eibach Prokits/KYB AGX adjustable(?) shocks.
ITR/comptech rear sway bar.
H&R and Koni Yellows is way to expensive....and they lower too much I think.
Front strut br and rear strut bar I havent decided on yet....
I'm gonna try suspension techique and comptech...thanx.

I also heard that when you get a very stiff rear sway bar without re-inforcing it, it will rip the pannels or something?
TypeR sway bars are 22mm, right?
Although DC's looks cool, some people say the holes in the middle are just plainly for looks and actually decrease their performance....

Yes, the ITR bar is 22mm. And, yes, if you do not reinforce the subframe you can tear it with a bigger bar.
With a rear lower tie bar, your car may be a little stiffer, but it will not really handle all that much better...the tie bars and stuff really help with the responsiveness by reducing chassis flex. Solid bars are better than ones that are hollow or have holes. Billet aluminum is probably the best material because of its high strength and low weight.
