what spring rates you guys running on your car? I autocross and do some lapping days and drive my car in the summer and to and from the events.

 

proper spring rates for your car will depend on other mods as well. I have 350/280 front/rear ... or is it 380/250 .... I don't remember. They're off the shelf ground controls with illuminas and ST sway bars and the car is pretty neutral with just a little understeer. If you don't have a rear sway bar upgrade, then you should get stiffer rear springs to decrease understeer, so like 350/450.

Kinda stiffish but love the turning. Sticks like glue.

 

I'm running an Integra with a supercharger, sounds kinda soft????
