yeah I heard about this in Japan. From what I've heard with normal Ionizers in home, is that they do work. As for a car application, well I couldn't see why it wouldn't hurt. The only thing that I see is how the Ionizer can work efficientally enough when the air is being pulled in or pulled out so quickly.
Maybe I'll give this stuff a shot. I have a contact for that stuff and I'll see if I can test one out on the dyno.

$3500 is totally crazy to spend for something like this. But $750 with a nice testing deal wouldn't be too bad.
