in light of recent posts regarding scams that have been going on, i thought i'd take the time to create a thread to thank kengs. too few do we see any positive threads when it comes to sales. such threads emanate only from bad experiences, usually never from good ones. i'm sure many of you have dealt with him either on a social/personal level, a business level, or both and will have only great things to say.

i just received a package from him today. he took every step possible to ensure that the item was delivered on time, intact, and to my satisfaction; something that is not common at times.

I'll second that. He put me up one night when we attended the F1 race at Suzuka last October. And on top of that, he is going to hook me up with some freaks when we go to Shanghai this September!!! You are going to aren't you? Seriously though, if you do business with Shane, you will not be screwed as the buyer or seller, definitely a class act in this world filled with some real asses.
