Default Update: Problem, new video clip. Help diagnose!

http://www.ctel.net/~wilfredb/MOV00054.MPG

that's the video
I was told via my last vid that the timing was way off, so I got the timing all set up, sounds much better now...but nuh uh...no start still. I'm about to offer a cash reward to anyone in Maine who can come get this thing running. The battery was almost dead, had to hook it up to a charger etc so that's why it sounds like it's churning a little slow at the end. Anything else ya'll can help me out with?

Thanks a ton, and if you're in Maine lmk cuz I might have some cash in hand...

here is a question that might sound stoopid but something to think about... can you spin the cam shaft by hand once you take the timing belt off??? only reason i ask is that it sounds like the thing is free spinning... valves either bent or broken... dosent sound like there is any compression in the motor at all... had the same problem on my 85 crx... broken timing belt and tore up 4 valves... something to try... might be inside that head ... i dont know what started the problem but it is a place to start... if the cam spins BY hand... you have valve problems and time for a new head most likley...

nah, cam doesn't spin by hand at all. new cam, new valves, new valve springs etc so I'd hope it isn't bent yet, lol

Is the cam timing OK.
I got my second B16 and they put the cam 180 deg out sounded like that.

the cam timing might be off, i had already considered that, just had no idea how to check it. I'm going to redo the timing one more time today. Also I'm going to rotate the dizzy 180 degrees since it might be on the wrong way aswell.

Anyone else have any ideas? I'm ging up to the garage in the next hour or two probably so anything else I can do while I'm up there would be helpful. thx.
