some ?s on MSD ignition setup

some ?s on MSD ignition setup
i know that there are tons of threads out there on this but they didnt answer my questions completely.
im planning on buying an msd 6al box soon but i was wondering which other parts i should install with it (ex. coil, wires, cap, etc). i would like to do the whole system at once, but for now the car is stock (in the process of building my N/A beast) could there be any issues there? My main ? is should i try to go with all msd stuff? with the coil which should i get, the car is driven daily but is driven hard ALOT and does see the track every now and then. as for the cap which one fits? they make them for f-series motors but not h-series, so what am i to do?
i am going to have to do this sooner or later and i felt now would be a good time.
oh and does anybody have a really good write-up on the ENTIRE install? thanks guys!

The stock cap works (it's external coil), if you have a JDM engine with internal coil then get a stock USDM cap. I've seen a few threads about the JDM H22A dist and I've found the instructions that came with the MSD very good. The website has really good tech support aswell.
there's really not much more unless you want to start buying MSD gismos or a 'box' with more bells and whistles.. even the basics you listed will do great for an all-motor setup (some people might argue that you don't even need ANY of it

Works for me. Any more specific questions?
The stock cap works (it's external coil), if you have a JDM engine with internal coil then get a stock USDM cap. I've seen a few threads about the JDM H22A dist and I've found the instructions that came with the MSD very good. The website has really good tech support aswell.
