spring rate for a b-series

Default spring rate for a b-series

whats a good spring rate to use all around on my 90 dx crx , i have a b18a in it and would like to have a better ride than i do now i think my car is probly droped about 2 1/2 inches and i would like to keep it that way, just want to know what kinda spring rate would be good

The springs I got were made by Progress for an 88-91 Civic/CRX with a B-series motor....
