Default Pin size and compression height on Big power motor???

What kind of compression height and pin size to you guys run on a big horsepower motor. I'm talking 600+whp. I'm planning on running a 83.5mm bore and need to spec out a reliable compression height.

Regards,
Justin

Teasing will get you nothing but a broken nose and a fat lip......

9 to 1 or lower CR........... any forged rod (pauter, crower) will do...... pin size isn't a issue....... pin placement or height is........ that can be controled by either rod or piston tolerance....... which you specify

Well you guys aren't much help. Are the 21mm pins that come with most pistons sufficient for 600+whp?

Thanks,
Justin

What motor are you running an 83.5mm bore on? Ever think about upping the displacement a little more? BTW, I would love to have a GF like that.

run a .866 wrist pin with .210 wall and it will never fail.
