I don't know exactly, but that padded inner section on the SRS wheel would likely make that portion of it somewhat different in size and feel. (related to diameter) Not that this is much help, just thought I'd state the obvious just in case.

30mm = 3cm = 1.18" = "barely smaller" ?

I made a thread about this a couple weeks ago to get a definite answer. I searched and for the most part oive seen so many different answers

From what ive gathered

Jdm non Srs= 350 mm
Jdm Srs = 368 mm

Stock no one could give a definite answer, but it's just barely bigger than the Jdm srs.

I think someone should make an offical thread with the correct sizes as through my search i've seen so many different answers.

I sat in a Teg with a non srs a few weeks ago and it's noticable smaller than the stock wheel.

i say non-srs less to worry about on the track, u dont want to loose it and lose the wheel too, but for a nice city r, its a diffrent story...

This is TRUE.

A number noted in JDM Type R brochures.

i have both the srs and non srs wheel. the non srs wheel is smaller and feels a lot better. the srs is too big and the rim is kinda thin and not fun to grip
