ok guys...i got my zc in the other day...and was going to start pinning out (for the first time) the plugs for the zc....and came across 3 plugs versus the two i was looking for....i havent compared it too much on the si...but i noticed that there was two pugs actually on the car.....and then the plug over on the exhaust cam side....http://groups.msn.com/HONDA-si...ID=13 and these are the two i nknow about http://groups.msn.com/HONDA-si...ID=14

at the distributor, the Si harness has a round 7 wire connector, where on the ZC it is a square 5 wire connector - you need to swap a square 5 wire onto your Si harness, matching the wire colors to the square 5 wire on the distributor - if your engine came with a harness, you can rob the connector from it or you can use connector from a DX - you will have 2 wires left over, blue with yellow stripe and blue with green stripe - extend these wires (matching color for color) to the green 2 pin connector on the Cylinder Position Sensor on the end of the ZC exhaust camshaft - these are the only wiring changes required for Si to DOHC ZC.

 

so the other round plug should plug right in?...ive gotta go check it out today....

 

ok i just got the car on the trailor and took it to the shop, i poped the hood to figure out what wiring im goin to need...and saw the other plug i overlooked last time...its there...so im good...WOOHOO....and i added on the hp racing header today....will post pics on my msn community
