That ******* sucks. Toyota muscled CART into making a decision in their favor, and they might not even return. That would leave CART with only Ford, who will also want out. This is ridiculous...they have to do something, and fast. Adopt the old regs, and keep Ford and Honda.

True......F1......but what about backing the realtime team/Foo? That would be sweet if honda started helping the H teams like BMW helps the 328is in the Speedvision Series.

True Dat! (or however that goes--I'm too old to be talking that way)
Last week when I was at Road Atlanta, my friends and I were talking about the same thing.
How can any car company with a car in the series not be sponsoring them, or have their own team. Car companies are trying to sell compacts to youths and enthusiasts, but can't seem to figure out how to reach them. They have already forgotten the old saying- Race on Sunday, Sell on Monday!
More car companies involved in the series would also help increase coverage. Its a win/win situation for the companies. Put me in charge of one those companies!
