What would you drive if you didn't have Type R?
I am curious what else you guys would drive if say Type Rs weren't available or they did not exist at all. I don't really wanna hear cars like NSX, M3 or cars like that. I wanna hear reasonable responses. I just wanna know what you would have spent your $18-25k on instead of your type R.
For the record, if I didn't have my GTI I would probably drive a WRX. I also like the TSX and Mini Cooper S (the coopers handle amazing but are way overpriced).

I figured there would be alot of S2000s mentioned which I think are a great option but are still a price level above the ITR.
I'd probably be committed to an insane asylum with out my R.

Actually, i have no idea.
But i know it wouldn't be a wrx or an srt-4. maybe a used A4 or a used E36 M3 in the price range we are talking.

i know im gonna get ripped for this but i really like the stylings of the 2005 mustang...not the one thats out now, the new one that looks more like a late 60's mustang and the gt (v8) is suppose to be under 25k...thats my 2 cents
just to be clear even if i could i would probably get a used white s2k instead i just thought it should be mentioned

But now I probably get a Z06, hopefully new, but used would be ok too.

I was looking at the used NSX's in the $25k range when I decided on my ITR.
If I had to get a car now, I would probably look at cobra's, covettes, and NSX's. All can be had in good condition for $25k.
