Help with storing a motor!!!!!!

i was wondering what the best possible way to store a motor is. im storing a ls block with full ctr internals and skunk 2 valve trains etc... and was wondering if any of you have tips on proper storage methods... any help is appreciated!

drain all antifreeze
and leave oil in there and turn crank counter clockwise
once in a while just to make sure that the engine doesnt settle and seize on you
plug all intake and exhaust manifolds so no devri goes in there..
keep dry.
