ECU is HUMMING
I have a p28 running a y8 in a 89 Hatch Si
The ECU hummms at a certain throttle point, regardless of gear, speed etc.
I had a different ECU prior on the same setup, and it did not do this, but when I put in the stock p28 instead of a pgmfi.org chipped ECU it started humming,
Ideas?

I've check and rechecked,
even regrounded my entire engine, block, head, tranny, intake mani, all with 2 gauge and back to the common battery ground.
Still no help,
So you thinking ECU then?

You did all this before finding another ECU and trying it out? Mad props on your enthusiasm
