9.5 inches rotor up front w/ rear disc conversion, 15/16 master + Teg pv...need answers.
Ok i'd like to make a few things clear in my mind now. Yes i've searched and read anything I could before asking this
.
**Starting from this :**
9.5 inches stock Civic rotor up front. Stock drums rear. 13/16 master (stock) and stock PV. (craaaaaaap)
**To this :**
still 9.5 inches Brembo plain rotor up front.
rear disc from an LS.
15/16 master.
stock booster.
Teg PV (supposed to give the rear more braking power then the stock/Si PV...correct me if im mistaken).
how good would it feels ? I am not asking for sick braking power. just more punch, and more security since i swapped. I am also going to track the car a few times during the summer. I can get a good deal on this set up...and since my drums are dieing...i tought i'd convert to rear disc brake right away. I cannot afford 10.3 or 11 up front yey. -maybe- during the hot season...but still.
Is it a good investment ? or should i wait for a full LS swap, front/rear...?
Thanks for your answers.

What exactly makes this original setup so crappy? What pads are you running up front and what condition are the rear shoes in? What is the purpose of the car (Street, autox, track events)?

I have PBR Metal master up front, and jobber discs. The rear shoes havent been open for a while (last owner told me). They're noisy and dont give much braking at all (made several test on an empty snowy parking lot (not handbrake)). They're going on their death, trust me
The car will be daily driven 12 months a year, and i'll hit the track 10/15 times during the summer.
I've driven several integra, and I wish my 2000lbs car could have the same feeling
thanks !
