Is this the right rear swaybar for a EG Civic? Please look!
Before I buy this used online, just want you guys' expert opinions -

- does this look like Suspension Techniques part # 51145, which is a 3/4" (19 mm) diameter rear sway bar that fits a '94-01 Integra or '92-95 Civic Si?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks dude, I like ST bars b/c I have them on my CRX, and I'm pretty sure it's a real ST part b/c it's the right color grey, but I'm not sure the bends look right compared to my stock piece . . .
- anyone else got an opinion?

Thx n3rdsp0rts, that looks like it to me. I'm buying it used off somebody on thepartstrader.com and I wanted to reassure myself I wasn't buying the wrong part.
BTW, did you just drill a hole and mount your sway bar endlink to the stock Civic LCA??? Is that safe/kosher? It looks like you tapped it for the threads instead of putting it though the lower control arm with a bolt and nut . . .
thanks,
Hsun

Here are the L bracket pics I told you about.... i bought a piece of angle steel from Home Depot, cut a 1.5" more or less. Then, drilled a hole on both sides (forget drill bit size). i thought it wouldn't be strong enough, but its been holding up more than fine for over a year now!!!

Cool, awesome info - thx very much! Now I don't have to bother to get Integra LCA's! Now I understand why the bend looks different than a stock GSR rear bar - it's designed to attach at a different point.
How thick is that angle iron? 1/4"? Or is it thinner than that?

it's at least 1/4" for sure. I've been using the ST sway bars for almost 3 years now and no problems with cracking on the subframe.
