Default Nice gallery of Touring Cars....

One of my friends turned me on to this: www.toca-tour.net/gallery/

It stands as evidence of my mental imbalance that I've gone from thoughts of, upon graduating from the ITR, things like DSR's and old ground effect FA's, to things like tube framed Hewland in front of the motor Touring Cars ala the link above.

I remember reading in Autosport or Motorsport a drivers review of such a touring car. The driver said something as kind as "they remind me of a bad F3 car". OK, I'd settle for that.

Scott, for whom weeks without driving drag on agonizingly.....and it's just the first one.....

Good stuff!

There are some interesting elevation changes on some of the road courses over there ;-)

I see in the latest Autosport that it and it's twin are for sale - at somewhere around 15-17,000 pounds each, (approx $25K). I don't know how easy the paperwork would be - and I've read horror stories about bringing over "race cars", but the container wouldn't be more than a couple of thousand.

Scott, who thinks the only thing better than an ITR is......two ITR's.....

'Tis an Alfa, methinx. Now if I could just remember Alfa Romeo's modeling nomenclature... I THINK that's a 155, but... maybe it's a 156 or something like that?
