I ordered a Mugen Airbox for my DC5 on Saturday. Its on back order till March, and I cant wait!! It will be well worth it, though. Yeah, I know its expensive, but Ive had my eye on it since they released the USDM one. Just thought Id share

Thanks for the compliments. Id love to come down to the expo, Ill have to look into that. Next mod up is Mugen suspension, which would deff be in by the Expo.

Its on backorder from King Motorsports. I didnt place the order through them, but the shop Im getting it from is a dealer for King/Mugen.

You will like the mugen intake. But you will have to cut your hose down that goes to the box as the lid will not close properly if you don't.

Thanks!! Ill make sure to remember that about the intake arm...its better than the S2000 where you have to cut the hood!

that's crazy loot for that think but for the jdm freaks, its a must

 

Congrats on the purchase. I too am waiting for the slow boat from JDM land. I ordered my Mugen sports suspension 2 weeks ago. I am going to be placing my order for the usdm airbox soon and am still seeking some info about the throttle response/ gains the intake gets for the DC5? If any of you could help me out with any info, or experiance. Thanks -Shawn
