I have a supercharged d16z6 and was wondering if anyone had ever tried the turbo cam from crower with this setup? Were the results favorable? Just looking for some thoughts on the subject.

I have a SOHC JRSC d16y8 and I too am looking into cams or something to get a little more out of my set up. Any Suggestions would be appreciated.

 

im looking inot SC my D16Y8 aswell whats your experiences with it so far?

 

back from the dead because i didnt want to start a new thread and i need a cam for my jrsc d16z6

 

not with JRSC

but i do have the COMP CAM 59300 (same as zex, quicktime)
and it loves boost.. i like the way it actually feels, and it gives the powerband a very nice torque on midrange

I don't think turbo vs SC is going to affect Crower cam porosity and poor build quality, and prevent it from breaking off in your engine. Sorry.
