anyone else thats running this cam on a d16z6, what did you set the timing on the cam gear at? my powerband is way low on the stock cam gear, and i just picked up an adjustable and wanted to know a decent place to set it until i can get onto a dyno...

 

up, someone told me to retard a couple degrees...can anyone confirm?

 

alot of people just stay at 0 with that cam, but play around. every engine is different depending on the mods

Well when you first install, set to zero, then goto the race track; test and tune....usually wednesday where I come from...
