i want to get a straight pipe for my 97 gsr, but it has the second o2 sensor. i've heard that you can get an o2 simulator, but the casper one is $80 and that's quite expensive. is there an alternative to this?

i heard you can do something with wraping foil around it? any more info on this?

 

I don't know if you'll throw a CEL, but put it on first, you might not throw a CEL. I have one and it don't throw a code, don't know if the turbo matters or not though. But yeah, its a 96LS with 2.25"->2.5" dp. You can do the foil trick if there's a CEL, basically u wrap foil around it and put it back in, but you have to replace the foil every now and then, because it burns away.

 

you can place a resistor inline with the o2 wire. not sure what resistance youll need though.
