Mobil 1
Most of the expensive European cars come from the factory with it. Regarded to be the best by them. Best synthetics are up to 400 times slipperier than conventional petroleum oils. I use it in my Chrysler mini van and will put it in my Honda as soon as I get a few miles on it and know it won't burn it up. I do extended drain with it. Use the Mobil 1 filter, also regarded to be the best.

mobil one is crap IMO. ill stick with my good old castrol GTX. do a search. if you change your oil religiously within 3k miles, there is no point to pay for synthetic that will burn and leak in an older engine
