Default how many hours labor for a Ls turbo install? how much did everyone pay here?

My place where im getting it installed seems to be a little un sure on how much it is going to be but he is trying to tell me about 12 hours labor, is that about right? But he said it could even be more and it seemed liek he was trying to get me to thikn that it was def going to be more, i cant see what takes so long, its a drag III turbo kit installing on a 96 ls, what would a reasonable price be for the install?

500 should be a good price. if you feel confident in the shop you're dealing with then don't be afraid to pay the extra and get it installed right. number one failure of turbo cars is from poor install.

12 hours is about what it would take for one person installing a turbokit. Damn, I would install a turbo kit for $500, anyone in San Diego need a turbo kit installed?

I second that anybody in VEGAS who needs theirs installed and only in 6hrs.

IMO if there's say two mechanics who have worked a lot on b18s, I would say about 8 hrs if it's their first install on a b18
