97 Prelude, just turned 70000 miles. asking 10400 or best offer.

records:
07.03. - spark plugs, wires, new brake rotors (front brembo blank) and pads, tranny fluid, coolant.
08.03. - distributor cap and rotor, PCV.
09.03. - oil change.
10.03. - air filter element.
11.03. - valve adjustment and oil change, wheel alignment.

oil change every 3000 miles with sythetic oil. car runs nice and strong.

lots of other service, maintaince were done last summer, so the car doesn't need anything except for new tires (i have 2 you can have).

come on, someone buy it, i really need the money now...

i say 10G is the last, you say 8G. i say 10G is the last again, you say 8.7G. i say forget about it, and you say 7G without mods.

wtf is your problem? clearly you aren't getting the car even you know that so why are you harassing me? do you think if you ask me 100 times for 5G and then i really will sell it to you for 5G? or you simply don't understand english? do that again you'll be blocked and reported to mod.

first he made an offer for 8 with all mods, then i very nicely told me that was way too low but thanks anyway. i also told him i'm not looking for the 8 or 9G range, i'm looking for 10G minimum. then he made another "offer" of 8.7G. and i still nicely replied it was way to low and again i told him i'm looking to get AT LEAST 10G. so what's up with the 7G "offer" with no mods? huh? i told him before, without any mods (except body kit and CF hood, i'm not gonna part those out) i'm looking to get 10G. 10 thousand dollars is the minimum!! how was i being a jackass?? do you think i want to get another "offer" of 5G?

you don't even know me. the people who had dealt with me know that i try my best to help them out for the car, i do everything i can to help people know the condition of my car and i don't mess around.

if he's hundreds of dollars off we can still talk, i wouldn't accept 9G, but at least i can understand and wouldn't be upset about it. but 7G? 8G? no way, and i've repeated many times to him.

whine all you want, but in my first reply to you to your 8G offer, i clearly stated that 10G at least, no need to even try to lowball cuz that's not gonna happen. you tried it anyway. even youreself said that you weren't serious in the email. if you aren't serious, why lowball? and later on you made an even lower offer. i see that as harrassment. if you weren't harassing me then i'm sorry for what i said, but at the same time i feel sorry for you cuz that's how you are.

ok. whenever i negotiate for cars, i offer lower than the expected price....usually we meet in the middle for the deals. when i tried neg wit u...u stayed firm on your 10g asking price....nothing wrong with that. but u have to remember that not everyone one will stay firm on the asking price b/c they either want to sell it for less than what the market value just so they can pick up another car. your not the only 5g prelude owner thats selling the car for 10g out there, i know those things are hard to sell in the 1st place. thats why i offer u a price out of your asking range. my friend is selling a 97 dark green prelude with 80k on it for 8000obo. anyone interested feel free to hop on it. yea it comes with e/i/h and lowered. when ppl are ***** to me, i'll definately turn sour on them.

 

that's exactly what the problem is. nothing wrong to negotiate cars, but when people say firm, it's firm. what's so hard to understand that? you made an offer and i said no, 10G firm. you made another offer and i said firm again, and you made an even lower offer. can you just tell me why you did that?

just tell me why you made that 3rd offer, $7000 offer, and if you are reasonable, i'll apologize to you. but i don't think that's gonna happen. you'll probably just say "i'm a classic lowballer and what's wrong with that?"

there were 2 offers that was sent after u said 10g firm, the 3rd offer one was before u even said firm on the price that i imed u on. 1st price i offer 8g with mods then u reply with i would like to get around 10g. then i sent a second email, how about 8700 and u said 10firm....the im was before one of the email saying 7g w/o mods.

 

well if that's true then my bad, sorry about that. it really upset me when i got your 3rd offer, i thought you were some freak who wouldn't listen at all. anyway, at least now i know you weren't messing with me. sorry again for being aggresive about it.
