Most shoe stores carry suede cleaning products. There are special brushes. For cleaning, there is an actual stone that works wonders on removing scuffs and minor stains.

i see, yea i think i can find something to clean the suede, but the actual seat(where i sit on) has like a stain from spilling a coke or juice of some sort, and it left the mark, so i was once told to really becareful on what i use to clean that, or i might make this stain get worse...

i thought of steam cleaning it?

Try that foaming spray stuff for cleaning furniture, spray on and let it foam up and wait a few minutes before wiping off with a moist towel.

For the seude part of the seat go to payless and buy the seude cleaner. For the part where you sit on use a mild soapy solution diluted well in water, use a cloth and just clean lightly...worked well for me and never had a problem with discoloration or wear

This is the advice i was givin from autopia yesturday

"Now, as far as the seats, the inside is a nylon mesh and the outside is alcantara. What I would do with those is use a woolite water mixture of 8 parts water, 1 part Woolite in a spray bottle. Spray it on a terry towel and work it into the fabrics.

HOWEVER, I could be wrong. I have never worked on alcantara before. It is a delicate material to clean. Wait for some more insight on the alcantara cleaning before you go at it, but as far as the floor mats and carpeting, I have had great success with the directions above."

I personally had dust on the alcantara part and I used a damp terry/cotton towel and gently cleaned up the dust; worked excellent to clean them up. As far as the nylon mesh in the middle i used the woolite mixture for a small stain and it cleaned up really nice.

Check out this site too
http://www.alcantara.it/istitu...e.pdf

There are specific products you can buy to clean it as well. Hoped this helped a bit. Good luck

exactly right. woolite is a gentle detergent and will not harm the alcantara fabric. the fabric on the itr seats is NOT suede. do not used suede type cleaners! i might add that after you've worked the detergent into the seat, repeat the same process with a towel with just water (damp of course). keep rewiping untill the detergent has been pulled out of the fabric. let dry and then you can install.

Aye when extracting the soap and water out of the nylon mesh i had wet/dry vac to get it to rise to the surface then blotted it with a towel; you would be suprised how much water i got out and then i just left it dry overnight. With the alcantara i dotn knwo if i would use the vac, just wipe it like kepani said since its so delicate material

Woolite has worked for the cloth, and just water for the alcantra, fake suede. I have yet t use a real suede cleaner but would opt against since the material isn''t actualy suede.

That alcantra site provides a lot of good info as well

woolite is just a regular cleaner you should be able to pick up at your local supermart or wal-mart
