Default stock muffler, custom pipe, no resinator??

currently on my type s i got a custom 2.25 strait pipe (no resinator or muffle) from the cat back. rite now its loud but i like it though, but later i plan on gettin a race header so i know then it will be too loud, so what if i went with the set up mentioned in the topic, how do u think that would work. would it still be loud without the resinator? thans in advance

Are you asking if a straight pipe + race header will be too loud? It'll be very noticebly louder. I think you'll like it even more but it might attract a lot of attention.. UNWANTED attention..

Do you still have a means to bolt on your factory muffler? That might be worth a try...

I did that.....i have 2.25 midpiping with no resonator and Had the stock muffler on there....it sounded REALLY GOOD, kinda buzzy growlish sound. then i bought a universal non turbo HKS hiper muffler form options auto salon. and it sounded hella good, till i ran over a cement thingy, that dented then i bought an ES' tuning oval muffler.....it sounds REALLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYY like Fujitsubo know heheheh

no, i know for sure it will be way to loud with a race header and only a staight pipe.
what i wanna do is race header, 2.25 pipe, then stock muffler, no resinator.
how would somethin like that flow, would it still only flow as good as stock because of the stock muffler.
