oookay, I ordered a DC 4-1 header for my LS...after the build is done, 404's PnP head, pr3 pistons 11.5:1 CR...ETC...ANYWAY. I just realized that its a 2 inch collector not a 2.5 inch collector...how much is this going to affect me?

just run it
no big deal
and if u really want a 2.5 collector just sell yours for 200-250 on ebay and buy a JDM dc on ebay for $300
no more than $100 loss max

nah dont use it, all that motor work, dont let it go to waiste, get its full potential, get a 2.5in collector header.

 

it depends, what size cat and what kind of exhaust?

 

whatever size cat, and I have a tanabe catback...thats 2.5" or 2 1/4"

 

well 2.25 and 2.5 is a big difference.. YOu should always trying to go the same size throughout, or if anything get a little bigger the farther you go back...
