what would i need for the Toda SPEC B head package??
i know that i need cams, came gears, valves and retainers from TODA.... but do i need to upgrade my ECU nad tune my car with a vafc???

I wouldn't recommend a VAFC, but tuning is recommended. See if Toda offers an ECU reflash, or get Hondata. I'd also recommend upgrading the intake manifold, header and exhaust if you haven't already. Also, do you plan on running stock compression?

Injectors. Preferrably '97+ Prelude or S2000 injectors.
It's preferrable to also get a chipped ECU or Hondata so you don't max out the injectors so quickly, correct for the injectors better than a VAFC can, and for a higher rev limiter. Either way, you want to be able to reburn or burn changes to custom tailor the base maps and other ECU functions for the cams. It will also obviate the VAFC.
