Turn the ignition to acc and theres this hissing sound, wont start- HELP
ok when I turn the key to ACC, normally i would hear the fuel pump (hissssss) and then it turns off within a few seconds(fuel pressure). well, today the hisssss wont stop unless i put the ignition OFF. When in the engine bay the hisssssss sound is very loud. similar to blower fan sound on lOW. appears to be coming from under the intake mani, but when I go there the sound is no longer there, like it moves to another area 
. WTH?
*I was putting in my ac, the only thing i removed was the charcoal canister hose (the clear one on the bottom) where it connects the cars frame.

thank for the reply...i just cant figure out why it wont charge 
i can hear the pump come on, it just stays on and i can hear what sounds like a air leak somewhere in the bay...would the charcoal canister have anything to do with it??
