Default Replaced IACV 3 Times and still getting code 14/CEL

I dont have an issue with it idling like it should, it useually drops right down to 500-750rpm, no problem. It also idles like it should when its cold usually round 12-1350rpm... I have reset the ecu (a lot) and replaced the valve 3 times, this time with one that I KNOW works, I tested the IACV for volts, but I dont seem to be getting anything..... I dont know what to do now but run a wire directlty from the ECU to the IACV, if any one knows the pin outs for a non obd PR4 for the IACV, please post them up. I am getting sick of my CEL>

have you tried a different ecu, if wiring checks out fine then most likey you have a fried IAC driver(transistor) inside the ecu open it up and check for any burn components. good luck meng!!

To quickly check to see if the IAC is working, I usually just make sure the engine is running and turn on the AC or crank the Power Steering.. Either one should cause a load and the PCM should compensate by moving the IAC..
