All I want to know is will I have to change the motor mounts?

 

it depends on the year of the motor, any 90' to 95' will drop right in, 96' and 97' the motor munts will fit but the wiring might be a little different because its an obd2 motor into an obd1 car, after 97' im not sure.

 

Why not just swap the head? I mean if your f22a is still good.

Well my plan on turboing my 92 accord(bought the manifold and t3 turbo yesterday) and I only plan to run about 6 psi at most for daily maybe 9 at the track
and I have a spare f22b1 in my backyard in great condition so if I blow my engine I was gonna swap engine for engine both have racing clutches in them so tranny for tranny too anyways just wondering how hard the job would be with a 94 engine into a 92 accord thanks

 

the answer is yes, that motor will bolt up to your factory mounts...

on stock mounts... if it came in an accord and started with an F 90-95 shouldnt be a big deal

 

I looked at it again and the two front mounts are different would I use the front mount off the 92 and put it on the 94 engine?

i am too thinking about doin this swap for one of my friend
for the mounts try them both to see what fits
thats what i did when i swapped out the f22b1 for the h22a
one of them is bound to work +/or fit

sorry for stealing your thread but is the f22a6 intake manifold the same as the f22b1? i wanna know if i can swap the f22a6 manifold and put it on the f22b1
the reason for this is that the f22b1 intake manifold is shread to piece to the point where is unable to be put back together.

any help for the both of us would be appreciated
