NEED FUEL FILTER HELP ASAP!!!
I am replacing my fuel filter on my 5th gen ex accord and i have the top bolt off the filter. we are trying to get to the one in the back but cant get at it from the bottom of the car. there is a lot of metal plates and other lines and hoses in the way. Has anyone done this or have any ideas or suggestions on what to do with this. We have tried a wrench and that isnt working....SOMEONE GIVE ME QUICK ANSWERS!!!!
Nah most of them go all over the place and into the deepest parts of the engine bay. The plates and stuff are like welded to the frame...a lot of it has to do with things like say the front axle...a lot of stuff i'm not going to move just to replace a filter...
I just did my Fuel filter change on my '94 Accord Ex - what a pain in the ***. I got some war wounds to show for it as well. And thank god I had a lift available because you definitely need access from below and having your car on jack stands will not allowing you enough room to work. I had to use a couple of "crow's feet" adapters as well as an agle adpater on my socket wrench.

yeah its pretty nasty outside but the car is tucked away in the garage on stands right now with half the filter disconnected. i suppose i will go to the hardware store tomorrow and get this crows foot everyone is talking about...did you access it from underneath or from the top of the car?? to me it doesnt seem like going from the bottom of the car is an option...

you must be from around the cities somewhere...? yeah this is my first time and it isnt the most pleasant experience so far. Its like honda put it there on purpose the way they did so we would have to pay to get it replaced...
