The non platinum ZFR6F-11 is all you need.

why ZFR6F-11 and not ZFR7F-11?

Is that the plug that's one step colder? If so, I think that's better for high compression or forced induction applications.
ZFR6F-11 is the factory replacement.

nah they say the colder ones for Ngk there is a lil number on it and you can go either one step up or down. That will make it colder. Colder ones are better for nitrous. Me, I don't have my nitrous in but I have the platinum +4s in my 4gvtec. They are much cheaper then the irdium ones.

Iridium is pretty much a waste of money for most Honda motors... much like many Platinum plugs... all you need is the aforementioned basic NGK plugs...
