Hi, ok, I have a 93 Si, and every chance the car gets, it makes these extremely annoying rattling noises from BOTH corners of the dash. They arent just clicks, they're like high pitched kinda, and some little clicks here and there around the dash too, but none as annoying as those higher pitched ones. I was wondering if anyone has any idea of what I'm talking about and could help me do something to stop them...

 

succesful post...i dont know what the rattling could be. maybe we should take off your dash and re-tighten everything.

I has the random rattling from the back... i have been to 1 dealership for 3 times, another 1 for 2 times, King motorsport once, and 1 private garage.. no one knows what the hell is going on.. Either they blamed on aftermarket suspension, or they said.. nope we can't fix it, it is what you get for a sport car... yeah right, I go back to stock suspension and i still have the same thing.

UNTIL yesterday i had the 15000 miles maintenance done, and they serviced front and back brakes, they finally were able to fix it in a fluke.. now... who would think that the rattle is from the brake.

Over the past three weeks about FIFTY F-ing rattles have shown up in my car. Now it was never even acceptable the way it was but now it's sick making. This coming Friday I'm going to get my *** up early and go through my car like a silly person fixing everytihng that might move, squeak, or rattle!!!!!!!!

I don't know what I'll buy next but if anyone in their reviews mentions the words "rattle or squeak" I'll NEVER buy the car!

 

Thatpreludeguy... seriously, take a look at the brakes.... i have no idea that was the problem until the dealership service the brakes.
