88 CRX Dx

I went to pep boys to get new front turn signal and corner lights (is that what they are called?)...basically the 2 builbs that are in the corner lenses... When i looked through the little catalouge it said the bulb number was 1157/1156 for both. So i find those bulbs and they look a little big but i figure the book says that it, maybe i just cant remember how they look on my crx. Bring them home and they are nearly 4 times bigger than the existing bulbs in my corners! NAPA online lists the same part number as pep boys 1157/1156...

Bottom line...what is the bulb part number for the 2 bulbs in the corner lense? anyone had this problem or am i just plain stupid and missing something?

Ask for a 194 bulb...
that is the one you need for the sidemarkers..

 

Thank you...am i really that dumb? Those are listed for side markers which i thought were the "JDM" quarter panel lights...maybe i'm just having a bad day.

 

the 1156-7 is for the front bumper lenses, wierd tehy have it listed for the corners.

 

Yes, the side marker lights use 194 bulbs as well. NAPA
