I have a pair from my old GSR - never got a chance to install - now I have a type R motor and I was wondering if there is any improvement over stock?

With proper tuning you can see some decent gains  not much though.

What is your current setup?

Every engine is different...throw them im and see what you can make with them. They're not bad cams. They have a base circle very close to stock and should wear evenly.

I love the skunk stg1 cams. They are built perfectly for a stockish internal motor.

I have skunk2 stage 1's in my b16 (i know its not a c5) but I made more midrange on the dyno then a stock itr did (dynoed on the same dyno) Just an FYI. They idle like stock and provide nice gains.

The dyno used was yacks @ P1...The itr was prob one of you guys on here. It was a stock black ITR. He beat me by like 4-5whp up top, but again I have a b16a.

Mid-range is always better with stock cams, and I've noticed these cams are better suited for top end power. Do you happen to have a dyno graph?

I am running JDM ITR pistons on a stock ITR set up. that is all.
