Default fastest way to cut a bolt?

having problems with this bolt that is stuck so i decided to just hack it off... i tried using a dremal but it is taking forever any ideas?

cut off wheel on a phneumatic die grinder or an electric grinder.....or u could drill the head off

sawz-all? that or take your dremel and put a slit in the head of the bolt and use a flat head screwdriver to ttake it out

A good pheumatic cut-off wheel works the best. I usually don't like the dremel/screwdriver method because i usually end up making a mess and bending my screwdriver, basically just wasting an hour. Or if you have a powerful impact wrench it could tear the head off
