Default Help A Canadian Guy Out - Having Trouble Finding Shock Absorbers

I have an RS integra with the ITR suspension swap. I am having trouble locating part #'s for an ITR strut setup. We don't have the same amount of selection that the U.S. does, so i'm going to have to order them from there. I am trying to be as well informed as possible so I don't get the wrong ones.

I am looking for any of these three strut makes - if you could provide a model #, it would be greatly appreciated. I went to http://www.shox.com, and even they don't have a distinction between "INTEGRA" and "ITR" categories.

I am looking for the part #'s to these struts (front and rear):

Tokico HP
KYB GR2
KYB AGX

Thanks!

I know the Koni Yellow part # if you need that ...

I can't seem to find any of the KYB/Tokico.

on a few of the shocks listed, it does say TYPE R ONLY.. but not all.

EDIT just found this

they make AGXs for the R? I wasn't aware of that. all the application charts I've seen don't show these parts for the R. what are the part #'s for the front and rears shocks? thanks!

I would drop the guys @shox.com an email.

Thanks for your help. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money, so i'd prefer to get an OEM shock (although I would opt for the AGX's if I can find their part #).

Will the 1988 CRX si ones fit? I remember using 1988 CRX LCAs when I did my ITR suspension swap

For the ITR, the tokico part number for the rear are the same as the 88 CRX, which uses the ball type rear shock like the type-r. Essentially, you can use any rear shock for the 88 CRX which will fit.

While at inlinefour, I sold many of them this way and never had any complaints. However, they are not valved differently for the ITR being that it is heavier in the rear than a CRX and that was something I always brought to the customers attention. Many of the people I sold them to were using a sleeve type coilover setup, so they could increase the rear spring rate to compensate. You won't have any problems with that setup.
