My car runs fine when it first starts and runs. after the car gets warmed up i come to a stop light, it idle's and then i take off and all you see is huge puff of blue smoke, ovbviously oil bieng burnt and the car runs on 3 cylinders and then when all the oil gets burnt it runs fine again till the next light. it aslo happen if i turn off the car and l start it back again in a few minutes. But it does not happen if i let the car sit for 2 hours(till it cools off) and then i start it again, An info would be great. the engine is d16a6 270,000kms and the headgasket was replaced at 263,000km.

I am sorry, but I read your post 4 times and I can't figure out what you are talking about. Maybe thats why no one has responded.

ok when i first start the car the car runs normal.
after it gets warmed up
and then I idle
and then I get going again there is a huge puff of blue smoke(obvisoly oil burning)
at the same time that is happening the car is only running one 3 cylinders
after i get my rpms up the car goes back to working normally on 4 cylinders
so could you tell me what wrongs maybe some sort of seal or valve?

yep sounds like it is time to rebuild the bottom end nowor replace the engine. You said that you just had headwork done, maybe the head and block was bad.
