i know this is a dumb question but i have never do this before so ...i have a 95 cx hatch and i want to put a new steering wheel on. How do i get the stock one off and what about the air bag??

 

Pull the panels off the side of the wheel to access the airbag retaining screws. You will need either a T3 or T4 torx bit to remove them.
Unplug and remove the airbag portion. Remove the 19mm bolt that holds the wheel to the steering shaft and pull the wheel off.
