Default Will this clutch fit?? NEED TO KNOW ASAP

i bought a stage two....centerforce dual friction clutch a while back for an 88...i was planning on putting it in my crx...but i bought a new one....(89)....i called up NOPI and asked if they were the same...they said no, i called honda and asked if they were the same...they also said no...the only thing that was the same was the throw out bearing....

CAN I USE THE 88 CLUTCH FOR THE 89....SINCE THE TRANNYS ARE THE SAME?? I NEED TO KNOW BY UMMM...SAY TONIGHT?? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Trannys are the same, spline count is different, therefore you cannot use it....

Depends, you can take it to a clutch place and have them change that little hub (part that goes onto tranny main shaft) to an 89-91 hub....

Are there any places in your area that make custom clutches or refabricate them?

P.S. Try sending a PM to a member here by the name of "MrHeelToe" he knows of a custom clutch maker that might be able to do it for you...

theres an auto shop that does flywheels....im not sure about anything else having to do with a clutch
