headers
if its a completely stock engine/exhaust, you will see very minimal gains from just about any header.
think long term and start with the suspension first. then decide on how much power you really want and save for it.

Actually I thought once you open up the exhaust with a header and a catback exhaust you would notice pretty significant gains? And significant being more in the "butt dyno" sense.

thats why he said from a full stock exhaust with just the header.
I like those DC headers but go with the stainless steel version. Not too much more expensive but they are better quality and look cool.

How can you compare quality of 2 DC headers? The reason ceramic is cheaper is because it's a cheaper and easier material to work with. Also, the heat coming from the surface of the ceramic header won't be as hot as the stainless header. I know when I get mine (if I don't just go with a JDM exhaust manifold) it'll definately be ceramic. And the way your car is going to perform has nothing to do with looks.

Whats that gonna be a 1/2 a hp. I know they get rid of heat better. Regardless i'd be more happy with the SS. The ceramic dont seem to last too long.... i've seen some ugly ones that were only a few years old.
